Mr. bragonier's (Mr. B) art studio

Below, you will find a series of YouTube videos on how to do amazing and fun art projects! Thanks Mr. B! You rock!

WELLER JOLLY JELLY PROJECT

THE 10¢ FLAPPER

GOB ROCKETS

THE NAG-O-VOID
This project uses strips of recycled cardboard to create a sculpture where elements representing daily tasks are placed within the voids of the sculpture to show ongoing progress. This fun visual aid may contribute to a home environment where adults will no longer need to continually ask (possibly NAG!) their children about taking care of school projects and household chores. Let’s avoid the need for nagging – let’s NAG-O-VOID!

MATERIALS:
• 12” ruler
• glue (stick or white)
• cardboard box (cereal box or other)
• tape (any tape will do)
• 8.5” x 11” paper (recycled is best)
• tub of water
• small ceramic or glass plate
• marker or pencil

THE 8.5” x 11” CHALLENGE

MORTARBOARD & TASSEL
Students learn how to create a mortarboard and tassel for graduation à la quarantine. No matter if graduation is at home, is virtual or if it develops into a social distancing affair, nothing should get in the way of being prepared with the appropriate headgear and associated graduation music.

MATERIALS:
• cereal box (any box will do)
• glue (stick or white)
• tape
• string
• ruler

MUSIC to Mortarboard & Tassel:
Sir Edward Elgar - Pomp & Circumstance

EXTENSION to Mortarboard & Tassel:
Origami Graduation Hat Tutorial - Paper Kawaii

THE WOOD FROG
It's time to grab your rubber boots and ditch the cereal boxes, glue, string, and get outside. Mr. B. is on the lookout for Rana sylvatica (the Wood Frog).
